Dawki pochodzące z obrazowania w radioterapii sterowanej obrazem

چکیده
Współczesnym złotym standardem leczenia nowotworów z wykorzystaniem radioterapii, jest wykorzystanie do pozycjonowania pacjenta na stole terapeutycznym, obrazowania wiązką promieniowania jonizującego o kilowoltowym lub megawoltowym efektywnym potencjale przyspieszającym - wobec tego pacjent narażony dodatkową dawkę. Zgodnie zasadą ALARA, ważne jest, aby osiągnąć pożądany efekt kliniczny przy zastosowaniu możliwie najmniejszej dawki i odnosi się to również obrazowania. 
 Celem poniższego artykułu była analiza problemu jakim szacowanie poziomu dawek pochodzących różnymi technikami w radioterapii sterowanej obrazem (ang. Image-Guided Radiation Therapy IGRT).
